FARMVILLE, Va. - The Longwood University women's basketball team will host fellow Independent Savannah State University on Sunday, February 27, at 2 p.m. in Willett Hall in Farmville for Senior Day. Senior Krystal Garrison will be recognized before the game. The Lancers (6-10) are coached by interim head coach Bill Reinson and led by junior Brittanni Billups (10.3p, 6.5r) and sophomore Chelsea Coward (8.9p). The Tigers (14-10) are coached by Cedric Baker and led by Ezinne Kalu (15.5p, 3.3r, 2.8a) and Darice Fountaine (14p, 6.5r). SSU defeated Longwood 60-34 on February 13 in Savannah, Georgia.

Last Time Out

Senior Tribute
Krystal Garrison is the lone senior on this year's squad. She has averaged 7.5 points and 2.1 rebounds over 99 games in her four-year career. Garrison has scored 746 points, grabbed 211 rebounds, recorded 104 steals and dished out 109 assists. She scored a career-high 25 points at UNC Asheville (1.24) and grabbed a career-high 10 rebounds vs. Campbell (12.15.09). She will be appearing in her 100th game on Senior Day.
